Breakfast Frittata

A sweet, decadent egg treat. A basic Baked Custard recipe only calls for about six ingredients: Eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, milk, and nutmeg. Beat in the eggs then gradually add the rest of the ingredients. Next, pour it in a baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until it clears the "knife test". 
Egg Fried Rice 
 
It's a dish that manages to become a favorite all over the world. Filling, savory, and quite simple, Egg Fried Rice has a lot of versions. But the most basic one has its charm. Beat eggs and pour in a heated skillet, cook until scrambled to perfection. Set aside and move to sauteing onions with mixed vegetables. Add in day-old cooked rice and the scrambled eggs, mix until the grains of the rice are fully flavored, then season with salt and pepper. 
Ham and Egg Casserole 
 
It's everyone's comfort food for a reason. Casseroles are hearty and filling, and they're absolutely easy to make! You only need little ingredients for this recipe: Eggs, hash browns (the packaged ones will do); chopped ham, cheese, and onions. Whisk together the eggs, ham, cheese, and onions. In a greased slow cooker, layer in the hash browns then add the whisked ingredients. Cook everything on a slow cooker for 4 to 5 hours or until the casserole edges begin to brown.
