We partner with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across the United States.

Delivery Speeds

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Coverage

  • Available for standard-size items shipped within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

  • At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, it is picked, packed, and shipped directly from an Amazon fulfillment center.

  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Notes

  • Delivery timelines apply to items already stored in Amazon’s fulfillment centers.

  • While most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, unexpected logistics issues may occasionally cause minor delays.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, e.g. Order ID and purchasing platform.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received or approved by our customer serice(cs@starblue.co), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@starblue.co.

Sale items (if applicable):
Our regular priced and sales items may also be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us first by emailing cs@starblue.co. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions. In most cases, we will issue a return shipping label to make the process easier for you.
