Sweet Mini Apple Pies
Ingredients
Crust
2 cups flour
2⁄3 cup butter (chilled)
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons water
Filing
5 medium apples (chopped into small pieces)
3⁄4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
6 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Mix flour, salt, and butter. Roll out until about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut 12, 4-inch circles with a cup. Press each circle in the muffin tin maker. Mix by hand all filling ingredients and spoon into muffin bowls. Cut up butter into 12 little pieces and place one piece on each pie. You can decorate them or just leave them plain. Put it inside the StarBlue mini-pie maker in 16-18 minutes. Once done, let it cool then serve.
Sweet Mini Donuts
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
10 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Coating
6 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda and set aside. Then, whip together butter and sugar until slightly pale and fluffy. Mix in eggs. Add half the flour and milk. Scrape down sides and bottom and fold the batter. Pour batter into a large piping bag fitted with a medium round tip. Pipe into a greased mini doughnut maker in the StarBlue mini-donut maker and cook it for 6-10 minutes. For coating, whisk together sugar and cinnamon for coating. Once done, roll doughnuts in cinnamon sugar mixture and serve.
Nutella Marshmallow Taiyaki
Ingredients
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons butter melted
1 1/2 cups cake flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch salt
Vegetable oil
2/3 cup Nutella divided
¼ cup Marshmallow
Instructions
Mix a beaten egg with milk, vanilla extract, and butter.
In another medium bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cover and refrigerate the bowl for at least 1 hour. Fill one side of the taiyaki pan cavities 1/3rd full of the batter. Add a heaping tablespoon of Nutella and marshmallow pieces to the center of the fish and cover with batter to fill out the fish shape. Be careful not to overfill. Close the StarBlue mini-taiyaki maker. Cook for about 6 minutes. Once done, serve
