My mama always talks about aebleskivers that her German grandmother would make so it's been a thing I've wanted to try for a long time. I'm glad it came with a little recipe book, that made my inexperience less of an inconvenience. There are a couple of super yummy ideas in the book that I had to try before I even looked for anything online. It's a pretty versatile tool. I've made savory and sweet things in it and been mostly successful. It's not great for sticking unfortunately unless you're very liberal with your coating. I'm hoping it'll season up over time. Currently I'm trying to keep it from getting little rust spots when it's left with any moisture on it at all after it's been rinsed off. Be careful with it. It's sensitive. But a great pan overall and something I'd recommend to any amateur aebleskiver maker like myself. Try it. It's fun!
